Shooting Schedule
The shooting schedule is a very important part of filming. The shooting schedule allows us to determine what we are filming, when and where and what each scene should include in terms of characters and props. The schedule is essential for outlining the entire filming portion of the production giving optimal timings for each scene. Without a shooting schedule the filming would be all over the place and really unfocused. The brief summary of each scene will be able to outline the basic premise and provide more clarity and detail when the planning/set-up for the filming commences.
Without a shooting schedule the it would be much harder to recognise what needs to be completed filming wise and also keep track of what has been completed. Without the shooting schedule it would be more difficult to get the entire filming crew organised in terms of arriving on the correct days, bringing the equipment and know what segments needed to be filmed, otherwise valuable time could be wasted trying to get everybody on board in the moment; valuable time that could be used for filming the many scenes and shots needed for our trailer project.
The shooting schedule is a plan of our entire filming process and will help be the key towards producing a good trailer sequence.

This is the final shooting schedule that the team has devised. On this shooting schedule the many scenes, dates, what scenes are being filmed, what time of day would be preferable to filming them, the cast needed for the appropriate scene and the equipment and props needed for the scene. This shooting schedule goes through each scene we need and gives us a good plan for the filming process.
